We fabricated stainless coolant water pipes that will be placed on the roof of a data center as their final destination. After fabrication in our workshop, these stainless coolant water pipes were taken to another compage for the next step in the production process: pickling and passivation. This process ensures that the pipes are not only clean and free of contaminants, but also have improved corrosion resistance, which is important for durability and performance in demanding environments.
After completion of pickling and passivation, these pipes are temporarily stored and delivered on demand. For this project, we will assemble the stainless steel coolant water pipes ourselves to a drycooler and then place and connect them to the roof of a data center.
It also happens that we only manufacture and deliver the stainless steel pipe to data center sites throughout Europe, where the assembly is then carried out with local parties.
